1. Where do you deliver?
    All products featured in our website and FB Page are available for delivery within Metro Manila and nearby cities.
  2. What destination is considered Metro Manila?
    Bulacan (Meycauyan), Caloocan, Cavite (Bacoor and Molino), Las Pinas, Manila, Makati City, Malabon, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Mandaluyong, Navotas, Pasig, Pasay, Parañaque, Pateros, Laguna (San Pedro only), San Juan, Taguig, Quezon City and Valenzuela.
  3. How about provincial deliveries?
    You may send us message thru our email or FB messenger so we can quote for the freight charges or a courier.
  4. What if there is no one available to receive the item at the time of delivery?
    If no one is available to receive the item/s at the time of delivery, Bear Cuddler may either look for other persons close by who can receive the item/s or the courier will return the item back to the office and you will just be notified thru text or email.  The redelivery of the item will be done on the next business day.
  5. What will happen if I provided the incorrect delivery address?
    If the courier has delivered the item to the wrong delivery address that has been initially provided, the shopper will be charged another delivery fee, depending on the location of the new delivery address, and Bear Cuddler shall no longer be responsible for the quality the item/s may suffer due to the delay (such as crumpled or wrinkled materials, etc.).

    You may pay your orders through the following:

  7. Is there a delivery/shipping fee?
    Yes, there are shipping/delivery fees ranging from Php200 to Php900 depending on the size of the items and location of delivery.

  8. Do you deliver on the same day?
    If you place your order before 11:00 in the morning your order may be delivered on the same day; otherwise, it will be delivered the following day. For orders during weekends, delivery will be on a Monday after that weekend.
  9. When can I expect my delivery?
    Upon confirmation of order and payment, your item/s will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days for Metro Manila. Should there be some inevitable situations like typhoons, floods, or any calamity, and orders cannot be delivered within the delivery period, we shall notify you immediately.
  10. Can I rearrange the date of delivery?
    Yes, you may request the date of delivery of your items, just send us a private message 3-5 days prior to your preferred delivery date.
  11. Can I pick-up my orders at your branch?
    Yes, you may pick-up your orders at our branches. It’s recommended for undeliverable items and it’s for free. We will notify you via text or email if the product is ready for pick-up at your selected store.

    Lead time if the product is not available in our branch:
    Metro Manila – Up to 3 Days
    Provincial Area – Up to 10 Days

  12. Can I purchase multiple items and have it delivered to different addresses?
    Yes, you may order different items and have them delivered to different addresses. However, you will have to place your different orders separately for each delivery address.  Our site can only accept one delivery address arrangement at a time. Shipping fees will still vary depending on the items ordered and location of delivery.
  13. Do you deliver to other countries?
    Not yet, we only deliver within the Philippines at the moment.

  15. Do you accept special orders/customized requests?
    Yes, we customize special requests such as promo items, birthday giveaways, or souvenirs for various special occasions.
  16. Do you give discounts for wholesale or bulk orders?
    Yes, we give special discounts for wholesale/bulk orders. You may contact us through our email, messenger, or landline number.
  17. Do your products look exactly the same with the pictures on your web?
    Yes, as much as possible we try to send the products that are exactly shown on the photos/ pictures. However, there may be times when the materials and/or colors will be unavailable; thus, orders may be modified.  Bear Cuddler will do its best to inform our shoppers about such changes.
